Medical – Our Health Savings Account (HSA) is administered by United Healthcare and Optum Bank. Our plan is a low premium, high deductible health plan with an attached tax advantaged health savings account (HSA). The HSA can be used to pay for health care expenses including prescription, dental and vision. The savings account rolls over from year-to-year and belongs to the participant!
Dental – We offer two dental plans administered by MetLife PDP Plus. Our dental plans cover a broad range of services such as preventive services, cavity repair, root canals, and restorations.
Vision - Vision Service Plan administers our vision plan. This plan covers routine eye examinations and eyeglasses or contact lenses. There are two levels of benefits, in-network and out-of-network.
Reimbursement Accounts – We have three types of pre-tax reimbursement accounts available including Health Care Reimbursement (HCRA), Flexible Spending (FSA) and the Dependent Care Reimbursement (DCRA) Accounts.
401K with employer match – Our plan is administered by Merrill Lynch. It’s an excellent way to prepare for your financial future, while enjoying tax benefits along the way. The company contributes 50% of the first 6% of your eligible employee contributions (with vesting based on years of service). We have three types of allowable contributions: pre-tax, after-tax and a Roth 401k.
Paid Time Off – This provides our 30+ hour work week employees with a flexible bank of paid time away from work that can be used for any reason such as vacation, personal time, personal illness, and care for dependents or emergency circumstances.
Paid Holidays – Eight paid holidays per year that include New Year's Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day are also provided for our 30+ hour a week employees.
Sick Pay – All of our employees who work up to 29 hours per week also receive paid sick time based on our state and municipal laws.

Employee Assistance Program – The Health Advocate EAP+Work/Life is an employee resource program available at no charge to employees, spouses, dependent children, parents and parents-in-law. This program is designed to help you lead a happier, more balanced and productive life at work and at home.
Employee Safety Program – Our commitment to keep everyone safe is a high priority for us. As an incentive in 2016 the company is providing an annual bonus of up to $500 if both corporate and individual safety goals are achieved.
Life Insurance – We provide life insurance that pays coverage of up to one times the annual salary of the eligible employee. This plan is also administered by Minnesota Life and eligible employees also have the option to purchase supplemental coverage for themselves, spouse and dependent children.
Long Term Disability – This plan is company paid and is administered by Prudential Insurance Company of America. Employees also have the option to buy-up LTD coverage through their paychecks.
